-- If is very difficult for users to manually select and activate the right audio and video devices under the present users interface.
Examples:
Example 1: If you want manually to select the right audio device, this can only be done in the Audio Setup Wizard, and you need to click: Meeting > Audio Setup Wizard > Welcome Screen > Test Audio Out Screen > Select Microphone Screen > Tune Microphone Volume > Tune Silence Level > Finish. This is very complicated and involves maybe 10-15 clicks.
Why not just put the audio devices under the microphone icon and let the user quickly select the right audio device?
Example 2: If you want to active the video, you need to click: Camera icon in the top bar > Allow access to microphone and camera > Start sharing.
Why is the camera not just activated, when clicking the Camera icon? This is how it works in a lot of other applications.
It is so important for the users to be able to easily select and activate the right devices.
