The meeting will include a themed panel around developing a services portfolio and serving the community in your country - best practices around education & research and how the governance and members play a role in services development. Other topics will include: business models and resources needed to run the services; update on OCRE and Cloud as well as discussion on "creating an NREN from scratch".

On Monday, 9th of March the meeting of SEE directors forum will take place and joint SEE directors/SIG-MSP meeting will be organised on the 10th of March in the morning.
