From the airport:
1) Taxis are available at the entrance of the airport, or can be called. It's less than 11-13 min (4-5 km). Contacts and prices of taxis in Tallinn:

2) By bus 2 - direction to the port, stop "Reisisadam D-terminal", 19 min (7 stops), continue by foot ca 7 min (600m)
