MyAccessID provides access to Research Infrastructure services to users from more than 5000 Identity Providers across Europe and the whole world. If your organisation is not yet connected to MyAccessID or you have problems using your organisation's Identity Provider to access service available via MyAccessID, please find the information below:
| I can find my organisation on MyAccessID, but when I try to login with my account, it does not work. | If you can find your organisation on MyAccessID, this means that the Identity Provider of your organisation is already available in eduGAIN (or has been directly integrated with MyAccessID). The problem you are facing most probably is related to the Identity Provider of your organisation not properly releasing user information to MyAccessID. Please contact the IT support team at your organisation and inform that you are trying to use service(s) that are using MyAccessID. Details about the user information that the Identity Provider of your organisation needs to configure for MyAccessID are described in the Attribute Requirements. | I cannot find my organisation on MyAccessID | If you cannot find your organisation on MyAccessID, then this means your organisation is not available on eduGAIN . Please contact your IT support team and inquire whether your organisation can join eduGAIN via one of the National Identity Federation. If this is not possible, then there is the option of integrating your Identity Provider directly on MyAccessID |
