TypeOrder Process
DV Server Certificates

Can be ordered directly from the HARICA portal using the Server tab on the left-hand side.

Can also be ordered via ACME using ACME credentials issued under the Enterprise tab (Enterprise-Admin-ACME] OR via a personal ACME account if this is active for the organisation.

OV Server Certificates

Can be ordered directly from the HARICA portal using the Server tab on the left-hand side.

Can also be ordered via ACME using ACME credentials issued under the Enterprise tab OR via a personal ACME account if this is active for the organisation.

OV IGTF Server Certificates

Can be ordered in the same way as a normal OV Server Certificate and select the IGTF option towards the end of the workflow. 

ACME for IGTF certificates will be implemented shortly. 

Email Only S/MIME Certificates

Can be ordered directly from the HARICA portal using the Email tab on the left-hand side.

Please note - email addresses for group emails or ordered on behalf of another user can be issued via the "bulk certificates" approach.

IV+OV S/MIME CertificatesCan be ordered directly from the HARICA portal using the Email tab on the left-hand side. SAML should be enabled to bypass the need to provide an identity document as part of the workflow.   Automated S/MIME Certificate Issuance via SAML Entitlement must be agreed to under the "Enterprise" tab.
Code Signing Certificates

Can be ordered directly from the HARICA portal using the Code Signing tab on the left-hand side. There is an additional charge for these certificates as a hardware token must be ordered. 

Please request a discount code (20%) from the HARICA helpdesk before ordering. 

eSignatures

Can be ordered directly from the HARICA portal using the Code Signing tab on the left-hand side. There is an additional charge for these certificates as a hardware token must be ordered.

IGTF Client Authentication Certificates

Can be ordered directly from the HARICA portal using the Client Auth tab on the left-hand side.  The IGTF tab must be toggled on for this organisation under the "Enterprise" tab.

These can ONLY be issued to users with SAML credentials with the correct attributes populated.
