    I tried to avoid social media at all costs (we like our privacy, think it's a waste of time ...). Until now. I'm starting to meet our users on Social media, see the projects they participate in and think the time has come to bite the sour/sweet apple. I know today we will reach only the minority of our users, but with Facebook (e.g.) growth which is exponential, also the number of our customers on the FB has to grow every minute. Our organisation is "split" into three camps - the Social media lovers, haters and pragmatics. We've decided to go social this year and by doing it as right as possible.

    How do you and your organisation see the Social media? What do you think about the suggested strategy - would you add/remove any steps, ideas, so we could benefit the most?
