The objective of this task is to manage the inter-activity AAI development within GN4. This includes

| 1. | AAI for GEANT Services | This work item will support each GÉANT activity and service in carrying out a requirements assessment for AAI/eduGAIN in their service and assisting in a decision on whether AAI should be in their roadmap. In addition, it will provide subject matter expertise to a prioritised list of GÉANT tools and services to deliver this functionality. |
| 2. | AAI transition to production | This work item will support tasks 1-4 in handing over their developments to the application services development activity. Primary responsibility will be managing the proper transition of developments between SA1 and SA5 that are ready for transition within GN4. Work will also include assisting the migration of eduGAIN (3.2) to this model. |
| 3. | AAI SME Consultancy for GÉANT Networking Activities | This work item will support the activity leader in acting as an expert point of contact for GN4 NA1 coordinators and NA4 key accounts to support them in their daily work. This is not an overlap with T5 engagement with NA4 which focuses on precise use cases and communities but a more day-to-day integration of the two activities e.g. if NA4 want a quick opinon on something or an expert in a meeting. |
