The overall service availability is monitored from the pingdom.com platform from multiple locations world wide. Pingdom checks from notrhamerica/europe are integrated with public status pages delivered by status.io platform and available at https://status.seamlessaccess.org
Pingdom.com and status.io platforms are procured for SeamlessAccess needs, and admins are SA ops team. The owner should be transferred to the SA ops team shared account. Please describe service metrics by populating the table in line with these instructions.
