• we should apply for the 5min Lighting Talk to present the surveys results
• we should check if it's possible to hijack some of the time reserved for federations to update on the whole eduKEEP project

• M10, dued by the end of February, should be postponed to the end of March since we have to wait for the survey results
  • We can start working on the TOC building on the very good User-Centric identities overview made by Rolf Brugger

• First official deliverable – Best Practice for User Centric Federated Identity -- is dued by the end of October: all the internal deliverables will be the building blocks:
  • M10 (see above)
  • M12 Develop reference technical architecture ( Davide Vaghetti can leverage work from AARC)
  • M16 Develop policy/legal framework (there are already existing documents in GN4 and AARC projects)
  • M16 Recommendations for interfederation (could be good to engage some of the eduGAIN SG members)
• The pilots are the steering point of the project: to be run between M18 - M28, this means finding pilot participants before the summer break and having infrastructure ready to start.
• Sclifos Constantin points out that we also need conditions for the Pilot. This could be done as an MoU.
