Step 1:
You should first get an invitation email to the Group.
Click on the link in the invitation email to start your registration.
Step 2:
You will be taken to the discovery page to select your home organisation for authentication.
Note
You can use different filters to find your home organization.
Step 3:
Choose your home organization and log-in using your federated account.
Note
The content of the page can differ depending on the home organization you choose.
Step 4:
You will be taken to the registration page of the GÉANT AAI Platform. Fill in any information that is not already available.
Read the Privacy Statement and the Acceptable Use Policy and confirm your consent.
Submit the application using the green button "Submit".
Note
If you already registered to the GÉANT AAI Platform in the past, this step will be skipped. You can continue by Step 5 (registration form for the Group).
Important
If you change your email from the pre-filled value, verification of that email would be needed.
Step 5:
You will be taken to the registration page of the Group. Fill in any information that is not already available.
Read the Privacy Statement and the Acceptable Use Policy and confirm your consent.
Submit the application using the green button "Submit".
Step 6:
If you have changed your institution's email address, you will receive an email with the verification link.
Please, click on the link and verify the new email.
Note
If you didn't change your email, this step will be skipped. You can continue on Step 7 (confirmation email) .

You will receive an email notification when your registration has been approved.
