- CG will schedule individual WI calls in week of 22nd Jan with those volunteering for WI:
  - brainstorm on topics to cover
  - effort needs and commitments
Schedule physical meeting
- we still have the option to apply for a "demo" at TNC24 in Rennes? Your views or preferences for other options?
- → we're probably better off doing something on our own outside of TNC - call for volunteer hosts.
- → we should organise it before TNC with the option to talk about it at TNC e.g. at a lightning talk

EC project review (including deadlines): we want to have a first version of the whitepaper ready by then (25 March either 1pm or 1:45pm, rehearsal 6th of Feb)
- no big deal, we basically could present out task list with names and some insights into the
TNC: under review to have a physical T7 meeting → we prefer a physical meeting outside of TNC
