   The choice of option affects user flow - try to make a model for all three different options.
   

   RA21 - San Francisco UX Workshop Notes (From Serena Rosenhan)
   In the session we did 4 activities – you’ll see photos of the output of those in the summary deck.   

   1. One question you would like to get answered today
   2. Personas  (we built 4, invited people to add important ones that were missed)
   3. 3 user workflows
   4. Action items 

   Meeting notes from last week’s UX Track call where the UX-group went over highlights and tried to progress some of the action items.  

7. Integration prototype. Lead: leifj@sunet.se.
   Goal: First draft to be up by end of November (after IETF).
   Status: Ongoing and catching up with the discussions during the workshop in San Fransisco.
