Description

It is sometimes wanted to be able to split a long recording in many parts. One way of doing this would be the ability to address parts of a recording, i.e., http://<server>/123211?10:22-13:45, shows the recording from 10:22 to 13:45.

    Ability to split long recording into shorter ones. (withouth reloading zip files)
    It works with &start offset
    no idea what the url for stop is
